Project Overview

We are the lead consultants acting on behalf of our client for a 600-unit housing development on the old Paeroa Raceway.

This development is significant for the local community of Paeroa as it will not only increase the population of the township by 25% but it will bring much needed economic and social benefits to the area.

A number of steps are required before the first house can be built and we are the lead consultants responsible for bringing this development forward and ensuring it goes ahead. The steps required to be taken by TDC include undertaking a major private plan change to rezone the land, engaging with the local community and councils through consultation processes, preparing a wide range of consents and managing the entire project.

It is expected that construction will commence for the first stages of the development in 2018.
