Project Overview

This development is an exceptional example of the how the TDC model works.

We encouraged the clients of this development to opt for three architecturally designed homes on the small site. What we wanted to ensure was that the designs were not only strong and responsive to the surrounds but that they were cost effective to build.

We worked closely with the architect, client, quantity surveyor and construction company right from the start to ensure this development would not only be cost effective to build, but would offer future residents stunning architectural homes and generate a great return for the client.

The project has now advanced to consenting stages with construction likely to start on site in early 2017.
