TDC were involved in the architectural design, planning and project management of this exciting project in Mt Albert. TDC’s Architectural Team designed a sympathetic development that provides an excellent example of how to achieve hidden density.
The development includes a new architectural home and two new apartments on an existing corner site. The clients wanted to build their dream home while also developing an income from the two new apartments. The development demonstrates how powerful infill housing can be and compliments two very different markets. Construction is well underway and we are nearing completion.
